next-gen ford everest manual

Short answer: the next-gen Ford Everest in Australia is auto-only—no manual gearbox in sight.

Every variant runs a 10-speed automatic paired to either a 2.0L bi-turbo diesel or a 3.0L V6 turbo-diesel, with 4x2 or 4x4 depending on spec.

Ford chased towing and refinement, so you get a braked tow rating up to 3,500 kg and fewer left-leg workouts in traffic.

If you’re nostalgic for a stick, the previous gen dabbled with manuals early on, but the new one slammed that door shut.
