2016 C350 Permobile Electric Wheelchair

I am looking to donate a 2016 Permobil tilting power wheelchair that belonged to my late friend, who had cerebral palsy. It is in excellent condition, completely serviced last December, and comes with a charger, new rear tyres, and new batteries.
The chair also includes two high-end seating cushions: a Gel ROHO cushion and a brand-new, never-used Spex cushion.
I have a very strict criteria for this donation: my friend wanted it to go directly to a private individual who has cerebral palsy, and not to an organization or charity to be managed or distributed.
