old batmobile

Ah, the old Batmobile—a timeless icon of crime-fighting kitsch and questionable practicality. If you're picturing the classic 1960s TV show Batmobile, that's a heavily modified 1955 Lincoln Futura concept car, boasting a rather theatrical design rather than any real-world specs worth bragging about.

For collectors, prices can range wildly from mere replicas at a few thousand AUD up to authentic screen-used models fetching hundreds of thousands. Finding one on Tradingpost or CarShowroom is about as likely as Batman showing up to your BBQ uninvited.

Remember, these vehicles are more about style and nostalgia than performance or reliability. Consult dedicated collector forums or official memorabilia sources for the nitty-gritty.
