The Ora Good Cat, a quirky electric hatchback from Great Wall Motors' EV sub-brand, is making waves in Australia for those who want a budget-friendly, green ride with a dash of character. It packs a 47.8 kWh battery delivering around 400 km WLTP range, which is decent for city dashes and mild adventures. Expect a zippy 105 kW motor and a surprisingly roomy interior with funky retro styling that stands out from the bland EV crowd.

New prices hover around $45,000 to $50,000 AUD, and used ones might pop up cheaper on Tradingpost or CarShowroom, but availability is still patchy. It's not a Tesla, so don’t expect cutting-edge tech or ludicrous mode, but it’s a practical, wallet-friendly EV with a bit of Aussie charm. Check official specs for the nitty-gritty details.
