In New South Wales, P-plate drivers face a few restrictions, but a curfew isn’t one of them. You won’t find any official NSW law slapping a curfew on P-platers, so no need to sneak home before midnight like a teenager afraid of the dark. However, P-plate drivers must adhere to other rules like zero alcohol tolerance and passenger restrictions if under 25 during certain hours (11pm to 5am).
