p plate curfew sa Page 3

In South Australia, P-plate drivers are subject to a night-time driving restriction commonly referred to as a "curfew." This curfew prohibits P-platers from driving between midnight and 5am unless for work, education, or emergency reasons. The restriction aims to reduce young driver accidents during high-risk hours. Breaking this curfew can result in fines and demerit points, so best not to tempt fate or the law. For official details, always refer to the South Australian Department of Transport and Infrastructure.
