paypal verify identity Page 2

To verify your PayPal identity, log in via the official app or website, head to Settings, and look for Account or Verification—then follow the prompts like a good citizen. You’ll typically be asked for photo ID (passport or driver licence) and proof of address, plus confirming your email, mobile, and a bank account via micro‑deposits. Upload clear scans, ensure names and addresses match exactly, and expect reviews to take from minutes to a couple of days. If something’s declined, re‑submit with higher‑quality images and the exact details on your statements, not the nickname you prefer. Never use email links—open PayPal directly—because scammers love a shortcut more than you love your morning flat white. Once verified, account limits lift and life gets less “computer says no.”
