The Perth Classic Car Show is WA’s big annual celebration of veteran, vintage and modern classics, typically held at Ascot Racecourse and run by the Council of Motoring Clubs WA. The 2023 edition showcased hundreds—often thousands—of cars from clubs across the state, from pre‑war rarities to JDM heroes and Aussie muscle. Expect tidy organisation, food trucks and family‑friendly displays—basically everything you love about cars without the oil stains on your driveway. If you missed it, keep an eye out for the next dates around autumn, as the format tends to repeat. And if something you ogled won’t leave your brain, try your luck on Tradingpost afterwards—temptation has better fuel economy online.
