Looking for a slice of sandy heaven with a “no neighbours” policy in New South Wales? Private beach camping is a bit like finding a unicorn that makes coffee—rare and highly sought after. Most NSW beaches are public, so camping is usually in designated areas or national parks, not private shores. However, some privately owned beachfront properties or caravan parks might offer camping spots, but expect a premium price and a booking battle worthy of a reality TV show.

For genuine private beach camping, your best bet might be to check local listings on sites like Tradingpost or CarShowroom, or contact property owners directly. Always check the legalities—trespassing on private land is not the kind of adventure anyone needs.
