sell your own property Page 24

Thinking of playing the fearless property mogul and selling your own property? Bold move! You'll dodge agent fees, which can be a juicy 2-3% of the sale price, but you'll also wrestle with marketing, negotiations, and legal paperwork—fun times. Expect to spend a fair chunk on advertising your palace on sites like Tradingpost or CarShowroom (for the curious). Remember, the process involves legal contracts, inspections, and a heap of paperwork, so unless you fancy a crash course in property law, consider hiring a solicitor.

Prices for similar properties can be eyeballed on PuppyList or Tradingpost to gauge your asking price. Just don't underestimate the time and stress involved; it's not all sunshine and Marmite sandwiches.
