shannons nationals motor racing championships

The Shannons Nationals Motor Racing Championships is Australia’s long-running national-level circuit racing program, backing multiple categories across a season of rounds.

Expect action at tracks like Phillip Island, Sandown, and Sydney Motorsport Park, with categories varying by year—touring cars, GTs, open-wheelers and the like.

It’s a showcase for rising talent and seasoned campaigners, with proper race control, live timing, and that wonderfully petrol-scented paddock hustle.

If you’re chasing schedules, tickets, or entry lists, check the official channels for the latest—calendars and classes do shuffle.

Bring ear protection, leave the ego at the gate, and enjoy cars doing what they were built to do: go fast and shout about it.
