In Victoria, learner drivers don’t have a special lower limit: follow the posted speed, up to 110 km/h where signed.
That doesn’t mean play hero—keep left, leave big gaps, and build pace smoothly. You must display L plates, have a supervising full licence driver, and keep your BAC at 0.00. If conditions are grim, back it off; the only thing you should be testing is patience, not physics.
