In NSW, learner drivers (L-platers) have a hard cap of 90 km/h, no matter what the sign says.
So if the motorway’s doing 110, you’re not—you’ll be cruising the left lane at 90 with your supervisor judging your every gear change.
You also need zero BAC, L plates front and rear, and a fully licensed supervisor in the passenger seat.
