If you want to track the Spirit of Tasmania, you’ve got two good options: official service updates for schedule changes, and live AIS ship-tracking sites for the vessel’s position. Pop the ship’s name into a public marine tracker and you’ll see its last reported location pootling across Bass Strait.
Do note that AIS data can be delayed or patchy, especially in rough weather—nature doesn’t care about your ETA. For the latest departure/arrival info, check the operator’s updates or give them a bell. It’s not Mission Control, but it’ll get you close enough to time your coffee run.
