Brodie Kostecki won the Drivers’ Championship for Erebus Motorsport, while the Bathurst 1000 went to Shane van Gisbergen and Richie Stanaway in the #97 Camaro. The Sandown 500 was bagged by Broc Feeney and Jamie Whincup, proving the old firm can still turn a lap that stings.

The title was sealed at the Adelaide 500 after a year where Camaros generally had the upper hand and Mustangs did some soul-searching.
