tesla 13kw battery price Page 33

When people say “Tesla 13 kW battery,” they mean the Powerwall with about 13.5 kWh usable capacity. In Australia, expect roughly $12,000–$14,000 for the unit, and around $15,000–$20,000 installed depending on switchboard work, cabling, and the Gateway. Used or refurbished units are rare and messy; figure on $6,000–$10,000 if you can even find one—and don’t bank on a full warranty. Installation extras can add a few grand, and your roof/wiring quirks will absolutely make themselves known. Local incentives or installer promos might trim the bill a touch. Budget with a cushion and pretend you planned it that way from the start.
