tesla bluetooth audio not working Page 670

If your Tesla’s Bluetooth audio has downed tools, start with the obvious: set the source to Phone in the media app and make sure your phone’s media volume isn’t whisper‑quiet. Toggle Bluetooth off/on on both car and phone, then “Forget” the device in both places and re‑pair—only one paired phone at a time keeps things sane. Next, reboot the car’s infotainment by holding both steering‑wheel scroll buttons for about 10 seconds, and give the phone a restart too. Update the Tesla software and your phone’s OS, because gremlins hate patches. If calls work but music doesn’t, ensure “Media audio” (not just Calls) is enabled for the Bluetooth profile on your phone. Still no joy? Remove old paired devices, try a different cable/source to rule out the phone, and if it persists, log a service request in the app so the car can phone a friend at HQ.
