Ah, "The Works" on Air New Zealand—a phrase that sounds like a mechanic's nightmare but actually refers to the airline's all-inclusive service package. For a bit more than your standard fare, you get extra baggage allowance, premium meals, and a bit of lounge access to feel posh before you even board. Pricing varies depending on your route but expect to shell out a decent premium, especially on long-haul flights.
It's great for those who hate surprises or being nickeled and dimed for every extra. If you're hunting for deals or used points, sites like Tradingpost might have some offers or memberships up for grabs, though airline packages aren't often second-hand goods. For the nitty-gritty details, consult Air New Zealand's official site or ServiceCentral for updates.
