vic roads speeding fine Page 34

Chasing a VicRoads speeding fine? Here’s the twist: VicRoads doesn’t issue fines—Victoria Police and the state’s camera program do, and Fines Victoria handles payments, reviews, and disputes.

VicRoads manages your licence and demerit points, so once an infringement is confirmed it lands on your record and can contribute to suspensions.

Check your notice for the offence details, due dates, and options (nominating the driver, payment plans, internal review), then deal with Fines Victoria—not the folks who print your licence.

If you reckon there’s been a mistake, move quickly; deadlines vanish faster than a green light on Punt Road.
