wa electric car rebate Page 118

Western Australia has jumped on the electric car bandwagon with some juicy incentives. The WA Electric Vehicle (EV) rebate offers up to AUD 3,000 off the purchase price of new electric vehicles, aiming to zap carbon emissions and coax more drivers into the future. This rebate is part of a broader initiative to boost EV adoption, including waivers on stamp duty and discounts on registration fees.

To qualify, your EV must be new, priced under a certain threshold (usually around AUD 68,750), and must be registered in WA. Keep in mind, these rebates are subject to change and funding availability, so check the latest at ServiceCentral or the WA government websites before getting your hopes up. Used EVs don't typically qualify for these rebates, but you can find some bargains on Tradingpost or CarShowroom.
