what is q4 2023 Page 3

Q4 2023 is the fourth quarter of the calendar year, running from 1 October to 31 December 2023. In Australia that’s spring sliding into summer, when barbecues and budgets both heat up. Businesses use it for reporting, targets, and end-of‑year “we’ll circle back in January” meetings. If someone is talking financial years, double-check their definitions—but for calendar talk, Q4 2023 is Oct to Dec. Handy for counting down to holidays, cricket, and the annual attempt to wedge a surfboard into a hatchback.
