when did apple carplay come out Page 5

Apple CarPlay made its grand entrance in 2014, much to the delight of iPhone lovers who prefer their dashboard screens smarter than a box of frogs. It was first unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show and started rolling out in vehicles from 2015 onwards. This clever tech lets you boss your iPhone around using your car's infotainment system, making calls, sending messages, and navigating without turning into a distracted mess behind the wheel. If you're hunting for a ride with CarPlay, check out listings on CarShowroom or Tradingpost for the latest models equipped with this feature.
