where to display l plates qld Page 41

In Queensland, L plates must be clearly displayed on the front and rear of the vehicle when you’re a learner driver. They should be at least 150mm high and contrasting red on a white background. You can slap them on the windscreen or attach them to the number plate area, but they must be visible to other road users at all times. Forgetting this might not just earn you a fine but also a stern lecture from a cop who’s just finished their coffee.
