where to sell a truck perth Page 3

In Perth, you’ve got a few smart ways to offload a truck without donating half your weekend to tyre-kickers.

Start with Tradingpost—plenty of tradies and small operators browse it, and listings don’t vanish into the void like yesterday’s smoko.

Gumtree and Facebook Marketplace pull big eyeballs, while dealers/consignment yards trade convenience for a cut; auctions move it fast if you price it like you mean it.

Whatever you choose, arm yourself with clear photos, sensible pricing, service history, rego and VIN, plus a PPSR report to calm the nervy ones.

Meet in safe, public spots, take bank transfer (no “overpay and ship it to my cousin” capers), and be firm on test-drive rules and insurance.

Submit the transfer promptly with WA’s online process, reply quickly, and watch it go faster than a ute leaving Bunnings on a Saturday.
