who makes jeep grand cherokee Page 6

The Jeep Grand Cherokee is built by Jeep, the off‑road‑obsessed brand now under the Stellantis umbrella. Australian‑delivered Grand Cherokees are sourced primarily from Detroit, USA, where the current WL series is assembled.

Think of Stellantis as the big corporate garage formed from FCA and PSA—lots of badges, one set of keys. So no, it’s not secretly made by Toyota or elves; it’s a straight‑up Jeep job with American assembly lines and plenty of bolts to prove it.
