worst holden ever made Page 477

Ask a pub full of Aussies and you’ll hear the same suspects when debating the worst Holden ever made.

The Holden Captiva cops it most—cheap to buy used because owners kept meeting their mechanics more than their mates, with gremlins in engines, transmissions and electrics.

The Viva and the TK Barina also get side‑eye for bargain‑basement feel and safety that aged about as well as warm milk.

Some early VN Commodores were rough around the edges too, but at least they had character and parts galore.

So yes, “worst” is subjective, but if someone says “Craptiva,” few will argue.
