best petrol price app Page 8

If you want the best petrol price app in Australia, go where the data’s freshest, not just the prettiest graphs. State-run services like NSW FuelCheck and WA FuelWatch give official, real-time prices in those states, while national options like PetrolSpy, FuelMap Australia, and the 7-Eleven Fuel app (brand-limited, handy fuel lock) cast a wider net. Queensland’s mandatory reporting also feeds several of these, so coverage is better than you’d think.

Pick the app with live updates, good station coverage in your patch, and price alerts that won’t ping you into madness. Cross-check between two apps when prices are moving faster than a weekend petrol queue. Do that, and you’ll spend less time guessing and more time smugly sailing past the “Gotcha” pump.
