Insurance and rego won’t play nice unless the paperwork and testing are spot on.
It’ll transform the ute from tradie-spec to tyre-vaporiser, but budget for the unglamorous bits—diff ratios, tailshaft, heat management—and plan it properly. Do it right and it’s grin-inducing; do it cheap and it’s a grenade with number plates.
