As the saying goes, “there’s no substitute for cubic inches”, and that the story of Honda’s 750 Magna. Powered by a liquid-cooled, 748cc V-4 engine, twin 34mm carbs and four valve twin overhead cams. The engine screams to 9700 rpm, screaming for a cruiser-style motorcycle anyways, but coupled to a modest 244kg wet weight, and you get a 750 that’s capable of outrunning not only big twins but even Honda’s big six, the Valkyrie. The Magna’s low-12-second quarter-mile times confirm this is a genuine muscle-crusier.

This is a very tidy example and at the asking price makes for a very good buy. Located near Narrabri but what better excuse for a decent ride.
