selling a caravan in qld Page 11

Selling a caravan in Queensland isn’t just a matter of slapping a "For Sale" sign on it and hoping for the best. You’ll need to handle the paperwork, including transferring the registration through the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, and provide a roadworthy certificate if the caravan is more than 3 years old. Pricing wise, expect to see a wide range depending on age, brand, and condition—new caravans can run anywhere from $30,000 to $150,000+, while used ones might fetch $10,000 to $80,000. Sites like Tradingpost and CarShowroom are your best mates for listing and pricing research. Remember, honesty about any wear and tear will save you from headaches later.
